Sign Guest Book Enna "Lucille" Endsley Enna "Lucille" (Woods) Endsley, 93, Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away March 1, 2010 at the Excelsior Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Excelsior Springs, Mo. Lucille was born on June 8, 1916 in Ray County, Mo., the daughter of Cornelius "Neeley" and Nora (Summers) Woods. On August 12, 1937 she was married to Vernon I. Endsley, who preceded her in death on March 29, 1989. She was a member of the Excelsior Springs Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Mary Elizabeth and her husband Leon Smith of Excelsior Springs, Mo.; a son, David E. Endsley of Cassville, Mo.; three grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and nine great-great grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by an infant sister in 1911. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 4, 2010 at the Polley Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs, Mo. Burial will be in Hickory Grove Cemetery, northeast of Richmond, Mo. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The family suggests Memorial contributions be given to The Excelsior Springs Baptist Church for the Franklin Graham Shoe Boxes.
