Williams, 64, Lawson, Mo., passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at her home. Janice was born on September 5, 1943 in Leroy, Ill., the daughter of Lynn and Leta (Myers) Nolker. She was a member of the Lawson United Methodist Church. She had a lifelong love for horses and she loved her grandchildren and was very involved with their lives. Survivors include one daughter, Erin Simmons, Lawson, Mo.; one brother, Douglas Nolker and wife, Linda, Woodstock, Ill.; and five grandchildren, Travis Maisch, Megan Maisch, Taylor Maisch, Austin Simmons, and Keely Simmons. Besides her parents, Janice was preceded in death by one daughter, Dena Maisch, and one brother, Larry Nolker.Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 9, 2008 at the Lawson United Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Lawson Cemetery, Lawson, Mo. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Polley Funeral Home, Lawson, Mo. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the M.D. Anderson Hospital of Houston, Tx. or Research Medical Center of Kansas City, MO.
