Sign Guest Book Shirley Ann Adams Shirley Ann (Burnett) Adams, 66, Hamilton, Mo., passed away Monday, July 7, 2008 at the Hillcrest Manor in Hamilton, Mo. Shirley was born on March 23, 1942 in Gallatin, Mo., the daughter of Clevis James and Reve (Gastineau) Burnett. She graduated from Kidder High School. She had worked as a Nurses Aide at the Hillcrest Manor in Hamilton, Mo. She attended the Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed playing Bingo. Survivors include one daughter, Alicia Prewitt and husband, Gary, Lawson, Mo.; one son, John Adams and wife, Terri, Breckenridge, Mo.; siblings, Helen Hahn, Cameron, Mo., Nancy Vernoy, Oregon, Omie DeVaul, Kansas City, Mo., Judy, California, and Ray Burnett, Chillicothe, Mo.; and nine grandchildren, April, Casey, and Austin Prewitt, Lawon, Mo., Charles, L. John, Wesley, and Trevor Adams, Breckenridge, Kayla Clariday, Lathrop, Mo., and Eric Adams, New Cambria; and one great granddaughter Amari Prewitt, Lawson, Mo. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two children, Melinda M. Clariday and Dennis C. Adams, and six siblings, Virginia, Francis, Alice, Norman, C.J. and Phyllis.
